Mass Uploading Product Images and Media Files

Adding images and media files can be done in several ways in the portal. In addition, there are several ways to streamline the process depending on how you update your product information.

If you have large amounts of product images and product files to maintain or update, the mass upload feature is a quick and easy way to accomplish this type of update.

  • As you can see in the "Upload product files" dialogue box, you will have the option of dragging multiple files directly to the popup or selecting multiple files from your device.
  • Following the instruction in the dialogue box, each file name must match the code of the product that you would like to attach it to (i.e., 158S20-15.jpg, 158S2030-09.png, 12CB08-U.pdf).
  • If you would like to upload multiple additional images or media files to one product, just append each file name with a number in numerical order (i.e., 158S20-15_1.jpg, 158S20-15_2.jpg, 158S20-15_3.jpg).
