The additional charges functionality in Kodaris allows operations users to apply extra fees or discounts to quotes, cash quotes, and orders beyond the standard product pricing. This feature provides flexibility when adding supplementary costs to customer pricing. Users can select from pre-configured charges that have been set up in the system's pricing and discounting section, with the ability to apply either fixed dollar amounts or percentage-based charges. The additional charges appear in a dedicated section on the quote details screen, where prices are automatically populated but can also be manually adjusted if needed. Access to this functionality requires appropriate user permissions, including administrator, superuser, or specific roles for order viewing and editing.
