Operations Order Management - Subscribe Employees to Receive Notification when Customer Submits Return

  1. Navigate to "Employees" screen

    To configure the Operations Portal to automatically send email notifications to specific employees whenever a customer submits a return, navigate to the "Employees" screen within your "Operations" menu.  In order to access "Employees" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "administratorEdit" and "administratorView".

  2. Locate the employee

    On the "Data" tab, use the search bar or the filter options to narrow down and locate the employee you want to set up notifications to.

  3. Click the more details icon

    Go to the employee details screen by clicking the more details icon.

  4. Go to the "Notifications" tab

    Go to the "Notifications" tab.

  5. Locate return submission notification

    Locate the "Notify me when a customer submits a return."

  6. Check notification box

    Enable the box of the option to subscribe the employee to this notification. This action will ensure this specific employee receives email alerts for new customer returns.
