To configure the Operations Portal to automatically send email notifications to specific employees whenever a customer submits a return, navigate to the "Employees" screen within your "Operations" menu. In order to access "Employees" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "administratorEdit" and "administratorView".

On the "Data" tab, use the search bar or the filter options to narrow down and locate the employee you want to set up notifications to.

Go to the employee details screen by clicking the more details icon.

Go to the "Notifications" tab.

Locate the "Notify me when a customer submits a return."

Enable the box of the option to subscribe the employee to this notification. This action will ensure this specific employee receives email alerts for new customer returns.
