Operations Services - Delete a Ticket

  1. Navigate to the Services section

    To delete a ticket, start by navigating to the "Services" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Tickets"

    Then, click "Tickets. In order to access "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Go to the "Data" tab

    Go to the "Data" tab.

  4. Search for the ticket

    Search for the ticket here. You can enter the ticket number to search or use keywords.

  5. Click the row number to select a ticket

    Highlight the ticket you would like to delete by clicking on the row number.

  6. Click "Edit"

    Now, click "Edit" from the menu.

  7. Select "Delete selected rows"

    Select the "Delete selected rows" option.

  8. The ticket has been deleted

    The ticket has now been deleted and is no longer shown on the grid.
