A digital signature shows that a delivery has been made. To collect the signature, first tap on the "Trip" that includes your delivery.
Then, tap on the specific delivery you want to update. The delivery status must be set to "Arrived," which indicates you have arrived at the delivery location. At this point, you'll be able to collect proof of delivery, such as the customer's signature.
Tap the "Collect Signature" button. If location services haven't been enabled on your phone, you'll get a prompt to enable.
Tap on the "Customer Signature" box.
Your customer can now sign on the screen. If you tap the "X", it will cancel the signature. Tap the "Undo" button to start over. Tap on the "Check" icon once satisfied with the signature.
Type the customer name in the field below the signature screen.
Then, type the customer email in the "Customer Email" field.
Take note that if you check the "Customer not on site" checkbox, it means the customer is not on the destination and the app will waive collecting the signature. If you have captured the signature, leave the checkbox unchecked.
Tap on "Save". Once added, the signature will also be sent to the customer’s email.
