Hide All Products in a Category

1. Navigate to "System"

   To hide all products in a commerce category, navigate to the "System" section in the Operations Portal.

   

2. Click "Settings"

   Then, click "Settings". In order to access and edit settings, you will need to be assigned one of the following roles: "administrator" or "superuser" or have the "settingEdit and settingView" roles assigned.

   

3. Enter "hide" in the search field

   To narrow down the options, enter "hide" in the search field.

   

4. Click "more details" icon

   Click the more details icon on the "hideProductsInCategoryCode" setting.

   

5. Enter the category code

   Enter the category code in the "Value" field.

   

6. Click "Save"

   Click "Save". Once this setting is updated with a category code, the products in this category will not be viewable to customers on the commerce site.
