Operations Services - Delete a Ticket Template

  1. Navigate to "Services"

    To delete a ticket template that is in the operations portal, navigate to the "Services" section.

  2. Click "Ticket Templates"

    Then, click "Ticket Templates". In order to access and edit ticket templates, you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a "superuser", or have the following roles: "ticketEdit" and "ticketView".

  3. Click "Data"

    Then, select the "Data" tab.

  4. Enter the "Ticket ID" in the search field

    Enter the "Ticket ID" in the search field.

  5. You can also search by using the column filter

    Or, you can also use the column filter.

  6. Highlight the row

    Click the number cell to highlight the row.

  7. Click "Edit"

    Once the row has been highlighted, click on the "Edit" menu.

  8. Click "Delete selected rows"

    Finally, select the "Delete selected rows" from the options or hit "Ctrl + -" on your keyboard.

  9. The ticket template has been deleted

    You'll notice that the ticket template has been deleted.
