View or Add Internal Comments when using Activities

  1. Open the app

    To use the internal comments feature that's a part of Activities in the Employee Mobile App, begin by opening the app.

  2. Click the menu icon

    Click the menu icon.

  3. Select "Activities"

    Select "Activities".

  4. Double tap on an Activity

    Double tap on the Activity whose internal comments you want to access.

  5. Scroll through the tabs

    Scroll through the tabs at the top of the Activity until you locate the "Internal Comments" tab.

  6. Select the "Internal Comments" tab

    Select "Internal Comments" to open the tab.

  7. View any previous comments (if applicable)

    On this screen, you will be able to see any previous comments that were added to this Activity. You can see who left the comment and the timestamp that indicates the date and time they created the comment.

  8. Click the text box

    To leave a comment, click the text box.

  9. Type your comment

    Type your comment. Comments made on the "Internal comments" screen will only be visible internally.

  10. Click the "Send" icon

    To publish your comment, click the "Send" icon.

  11. View your new comment

    Once you publish your comment, it will appear on the feed.
