This functionality is accessed through a "Linked Tickets" tab located at the top of ticket details pages. Users can search for tickets to link by either ticket code or title, with the system providing auto-suggestions during the search process. Once established, linked tickets are displayed in a grid format showing their codes and titles, allowing users to navigate directly to linked ticket details or remove connections as needed.
