Operations Services - Add an Email Address to Receive Notification Emails from a Ticket

  1. Navigate to "Services" section

    If you would like to receive notifications without being assigned to a ticket, navigate to "Services" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Tickets"

    Click "Tickets". In order to access and update "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Search for the ticket in the "Search..." field

    Search for a ticket in the search bar

  4. Click the more details icon

    Click the more details icon.

  5. Click the "Notification Email" field

    Click the "Notification Email" field.

  6. Enter the email address and hit "Enter" key

    Enter the email address of the user who would need to receive updates on the ticket then hit the "Enter" key.
