Operations Emails - Export Emails

  1. Navigate to "System"

    Navigate to "System" in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Emails"

    Then, click "Emails". In order to access and update “Emails” you will need to be set up as an “administrator” or “superuser” or have the roles of: “emailView” and “emailEdit”.

  3. Click "File"

    Click "File".

  4. Click "Export"

    Click "Export".

  5. Rename file, if needed

    In the "Save As" dialog box, you can rename your file, if needed.

  6. Click "Save"

    Lastly, click "Save" to initiate the export.

  7. Downloaded File

    Open the exported file and you will find the email record from the Operations Portal.
