Navigate to "AR/AP" section in the Operations Portal.
Then, click "Accounts Receivable".
On the Accounts Receivable screen, you can browse the list of invoices, enter an invoice number or enter a search term in the "Search" field.
Once you have selected an invoice, click the more details icon to view the invoice details.
You will see different tabs here including Customer Files and Internal Files
Customer Files is where you can see any files added by the customer. You can also upload files to this tab if you would like the customer to be able to view and access files through their Customer Portal.
Internal Files are accessible only to you and other authorized employees within your company. Customers cannot see these files.
To start attaching a file to the invoice, click the "Attach File" icon.
Select which option you would like to use when attaching the file.
Select the file you want to attach to the invoice.
Then, click "Open" to upload the file.
Once uploaded, the file is saved under the corresponding tab that you selected earlier.
Files can either be viewed directly on the browser or can be downloaded. Click the arrow down icon to download the file.
You can also click the view icon to preview the file.
Preview pane should appear on your screen.
