A near real-time, two-way integration with the Kodaris platform and your logistics software, if you leverage one, will provide your fleet of drivers with all the information they need to successfully complete their deliveries and capture proof of delivery (POD), all while keeping your customers informed with automated delivery status notifications.
Kodaris offers two Driver Delivery Apps to accommodate your order delivery processes:
If you use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or have a trip planning or routing software that allows you to pre-build routes and deliveries with stops, the Driver Delivery App V3 offers a more integrated view with those systems and software.
For example, if you have five orders being delivered to one customer today, your driver would see all five orders under that one delivery or stop number within the app. They can take proof-of-delivery photos for all five orders at the same time, so all POD would be tied to that customer’s stop number and all the related orders that would be delivered together. This app streamlines the entire process for the driver.
In comparison, the Driver Delivery App V2 is based on individual orders, where orders are not linked or combined automatically.
For example, the driver would simply open the app, type or scan an order number, attach POD to an individual order, and then set the order status for that specific order. This app allows your drivers to follow a simple, order-based flow to capture POD.
