Operations Services - Clone a Ticket

  1. Navigate to "Services" section

    In order to clone a ticket, navigate to "Services" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Tickets"

    Click "Tickets". In order to access and update "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the roles of: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Enter the ticket ID

    Type in the ticket ID or keyword in the "Search..." field.

  4. Click the more details icon

    Click the more details icon.

  5. Click the "Actions" button

    Click the "Actions" button.

  6. Select "Clone Ticket"

    Select "Clone Ticket".

  7. The ticket will be duplicated

    The ticket will be duplicated. You will notice that the title of the duplicate ticket has the word "CLONE" in it. Modify the title if needed. Check all other fields that need to be updated.
