You can email a quote to a customer from the Operations Portal by navigating to the "CRM" section.

Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

Next, locate the quote you wish to send and click the more details icon to view quote details.

Click the "Email Quote" icon to configure the email settings.

In the "Display Pricing" field, you can choose to send the quote with or without line item pricing. In this example, we will choose "Yes" to include pricing.

In the "Sort Items By" field, you can choose to sort your items by Line or Product Group. In this example, we will choose, "Line".

Next, click the "Configure" button to update the email information.

In the "To" field, enter the recipients email address.

You can also add a custom message to the body of the email which is displayed above the quote details.

Finally, click the "Send" button to send the quote to the recipient.

If you decide you do not want to send the quote, you can delete the email, by clicking on the "Delete" icon.
