Viewing sent emails from Cash Quotes is a feature that allows you to view email communications related to your cash quotes. To start, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Next, click "Cash Quotes". In order to access and update “Cash Quotes”, you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the roles of: “quoteEdit”, "quoteView", and "accountQuoting".

Enter the cash quote number in the "Search..." field to search for the specific cash quote you want to review.

Then, click on the more details icon to open the cash quote details screen.

Click the "More" dropdown.

Then, click "Emails".

Emails tab displays the record of all sent quote emails for that specific cash quote.

You can preview the sent email by clicking on the view icon next to each email entry.

An email preview window will appear.

If you want to see more detailed information, click on the more details icon of the sent email.

The "Details" tab shows email details in read-only format.

The "Customer Files" tab shows any customer file attachments from the email.

The "Internal Files" tab shows any internal file attachments from the email, and are files that are only visible to internal users.
