Operations CRM - Filter by Follow Up Date Using the Opportunities Search Grid

  1. Navigate to "CRM"

    To filter by follow-up date on the "Opportunities" search screen, you can either enter a specific date or a date range. To do this, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Opportunities"

    Click "Opportunities". In order to access and update "Opportunities" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the roles of: "accountQuoting" and "dashboardSearch".

  3. Click "Show/Hide Columns" icon

    Click on the "Show/Hide Columns" icon.

  4. Select "Followup Date" Column

    Click "Followup Date" checkbox to add the column to your view.

  5. Click the column filter dropdown

    Click the column filter dropdown.

  6. Click the operator dropdown

    Click the operator dropdown to choose a specific filter criterion that matches your search needs.

  7. Filter date by single date operators

    To filter the follow-up date using single date operators, you can choose "Equal to", "Not equal to," "Greater than," "Greater than or equal to," "Less than," and "Less than or equal to". In this example, we will use "Equal to." Select it from the options.

  8. Click the date picker icon

    Click on the date picker icon to open a calendar. This will help you select a specific date or a date range based on your needs.

  9. Click the calendar dropdown

    Click the calendar dropdown.

  10. Select a year

    Select the year you would like to preview.

  11. Select a month

    Select a month.

  12. Select a day

    Once your month and year are set, you can click on a day.

  13. View filtered results

    View the filtered results.

  14. Filter date by "Between" condition

    Select the "Between" condition to filter for follow-up dates that fall between two dates.

  15. Select the start date

    Click the first date in the calendar as how you set up a single date filter. This will be the start date of the date range.

  16. Select the end date

    Click the end date. The calendar will highlight the entire range between the two clicks.

  17. View filtered results

    View the filtered results.

  18. Enter the dates in the field

    Alternatively, you can also type the date into the field and hit enter.
