Operations Customers - Export All Customer Product Lists at Once

  1. Navigate to "Customers"

    To export all the "Customer Product Lists", you will first need to navigate to the "Customers" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Company Product Lists"

    Then, click "Company Product Lists". In order to access and update “Company Product Lists” you will need to be set up either as an “administrator” or a “superuser”, or have the roles of: “companyWishListView” and “companyWishListEdit”.

  3. Click "Show/Hide Columns"

    Click the "Show/Hide Columns" icon to customize which columns are displayed.

  4. Select columns to be displayed

    Choose the columns you would like to add to your export.

  5. Click "File"

    Next, click "File".

  6. Select "Export"

    Then, select "Export".

  7. Rename the file, if needed

    Enter a file name for the export or use the pre-populated default name.

  8. Click "Save"

    Then, click "Save". The file will be downloaded to your computer.
