You can customize the Opportunities "Type" dropdown to include selections relevant to the workflow you are using. To begin, navigate to the "System" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Settings". In order to access and edit settings, you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following role: "settingEdit".

In the "Search..." field, enter "jobTypes" to search for the setting.

Click on the more details icon to view its details.

In the "Value" field, enter the list of opportunity types to be added to the dropdown, ensuring the values are separated by commas with no spaces.

Then, click the "Save" button to apply changes made to the ticket priority configurations.

Go to the details of an opportunity to verify the update made on the "Type" dropdown list.
