Operations Customers - Export Company Cross References

  1. Navigate to "Customers"

    To export company cross references, navigate to the "Customers" section in the Operations Portal

  2. Click "Companies"

    Then, click "Companies". In order to access "Companies" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "companyView and companyEdit", or "crmCompanyView and crmCompanyEdit". Just a reminder, "crmCompanyView and crmCompanyEdit" access only allows employees to view companies that are assigned to them.

  3. Search for the company

    Search for the company. You can enter the company code or company name in the "Search" field.

  4. Go to the Company's details

    Click the more details icon to access detailed company information.

  5. Click "More"

    Open the "More" menu to find extended features related to company management.

  6. Click "Cross References"

    Choose the "Cross References" option.

  7. Click "Show/Hide Columns" icon

    Click the "Show/Hide Columns" icon to select needed columns.

  8. Select the needed columns

    Select the columns you would like to include in the export.

  9. Click "File"

    When you are ready to export, click the "File" menu.

  10. Select "Export"

    Then, select the "Export" option

  11. Rename the file, if needed

    You can rename the file, if needed.

  12. Click "Save"

    Now, click the "Save" button to initiate the export.
