To add items to a quote from a catalog, avigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

Locate the quote and click on the more details icon.

Click the "Items" tab.

Now, click the "Add items" icon.

Point your cursor to the "Add items from catalog" option.

Select a catalog from the list. It will display the items under that catalog for you to choose from.

To choose all items at once, check the "Select all" option, or select individual items.

Then, click "Add".

The selected items have been added to the quote.
