Operations CRM - Add Items to a Quote from a Catalog

  1. Navigate to "CRM"

    To add items to a quote from a catalog, avigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Quotes"

    Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

  3. Click on the more details icon

    Locate the quote and click on the more details icon.

  4. Click the "Items" tab

    Click the "Items" tab.

  5. Click the "Add items" icon

    Now, click the "Add items" icon.

  6. Go to "Add items from catalog" option

    Point your cursor to the "Add items from catalog" option.

  7. Select a catalog

    Select a catalog from the list. It will display the items under that catalog for you to choose from.

  8. Select All Items or Individually

    To choose all items at once, check the "Select all" option, or select individual items.

  9. Click "Add"

    Then, click "Add".

  10. Items have been added to the quote

    The selected items have been added to the quote.
