Operations PIM: Marking Cross References Active or Inactive

The active column feature on the cross reference screen allows users to view and manage the active status of cross references within the operations portal. By default, this column is hidden from view, but users can enable it through the column visibility controls. Once enabled, the active column displays the current values for each cross reference entry and provides standard data manipulation capabilities including sorting in both ascending and descending order, as well as filtering functionality that allows users to display only entries with specific active status values such as "yes" or "no".
