Operations CRM - Add Items to a Quote from a List

1. Navigate to "CRM"

   You can add items from a list to a quote quickly in the Operations Portal. First, navigate to the "CRM" section.

   

2. Click "Quotes"

   Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting"

   

3. Search for the quote

   Next, locate the quote you wish to add items. You can enter the quote number in the "Search..." field.

   

4. Click the more details icon

   Click the more details icon to view quote details.

   

5. Click "Items"

   Then, go to the "Items" tab.

   

6. Click "Add Items"

   Click the "Add Items" icon to view item list sources.

   

7. Click "Add Items From List"

   Next, click "Add Items From List" to view the available lists.

   

8. Choose List

   Choose the list with the items you wish to add to the quote.

   

9. Click "Select All" to add all items from the list

   A window appears that displays all the items in the list. You can quickly add all the items from the list to the quote by clicking the "Select All" checkbox.

   

10. Or, click checkbox of each item to add it manually

    Or, you can add individual items by clicking the respective checkbox.

    

11. Click "Add"

    Once you have selected the items, click "Add" to add them to the quote.

    

12. Verify if items have been added to the quote

    Verify if the items have been added to the quote.
