When using the Employee Mobile App, you can view tickets associated with company accounts. To begin, start by opening the app.
Select the "Menu" icon.
Tap on "Companies" to open a list of all company accounts. In order to access "Companies" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "companyView, companyEdit, ticketView and ticketEdit".
Select any company from the list.
To find the "Tickets" tab, swipe left on the tab menu at the top of the screen. Once you've located the "Tickets" tab, select it.
The "Tickets" tab will showcase all the tickets associated with the company you are under. To find tickets, you can simply swipe up and down on this screen to scroll through them. You can also use the filtering options. To do so, select the "Filters" icon.
A list of filter options will appear. Tap on the "Dropdown Arrow" associated with any of the filter(s) you wish to use. In this example, we will filter by the "Priority" field.
Select one or more of the filter options available.
Once you are finished choosing your filter(s), select "Apply".
Once you apply your filters, the screen will display the updated results. You can view the updated list of tickets here.
Another way to find tickets is to use the search bar at the top of the screen. Tap on the search bar to begin.
Use your device's keyboard to type keywords to perform the search. For example, you can use any words associated with the ticket title.
Once you begin typing, the app will automatically pull results related to your search. The screen will display the updated results. You can view your new list of tickets here.
To view a ticket's details, tap on any ticket.
The ticket details will appear. You can swipe up and down on this screen to view the ticket information.
