All published CMS pages on your website are active pages in the operations portal.
If you would like a published page not shown on your website - but would still like the page to be available internally or for future reference, you can mark it as inactive. To begin, navigate to the "CMS" section.
Then, click "Pages". To access this screen, you must be assigned with either "administrator" or "superuser" access or "contentView" and "contentEdit" permissions.
Go to the "Data" tab.
Use the column filters to narrow the search. For example, you can enter the Page URL slug in the "Code" column or part of the page name in the "Name" column.
Once you have found the page you would like to mark inactive, click on the more details icon to see the CMS page settings.
On the CMS Details tab, scroll down to the "Active" field and click the dropdown icon.
Choose "No" to mark the page as inactive.
When you navigate back to the website after marking a page inactive in the Operations Portal, you will find that the page can no longer be seen on the site. Note: If editing the page, the preview option is disabled for inactive pages.
