Operations Services - View Received Emails

  1. Navigate to "System"

    In order to view the received emails, navigate to the "System" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Received Emails"

    Then, click "Received Emails." In order to access and update “Received Emails” you will need to be set up as an “administrator” or “superuser” or have the roles of: “emailView” and “emailEdit”.

  3. "Received Emails" Grid

    This view shows all "Received Emails."

  4. "Column Filters"

    Some columns are filterable, such as EmailID. Using the column filter, you can search for a specific "EmailID" by clicking into the filter field and entering a value.

  5. "Sort" Icon

    Columns that are filterable may also be sortable. Hover your mouse too the column header until you see and icon. Click the arrow to sort by ascending or descending order.

  6. "Preview" Icon

    Click on the "Preview" icon if you need to preview the email.

  7. Sample "Email Preview"

    Clicking the preview icon will show the "Email Preview."

  8. Click the more details icon

    Click the more details icon of an email to view the details.

  9. Details of Received Email

    The "Details" screen displays more details of the received email like the "Body HTML."
