Operations Services - Unlink Tickets

  1. Navigate to "Services"

    Navigate to the "Services" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Tickets"

    Then, click "Tickets". In order to access "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate roles: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Go to the details page of the ticket

    Click the more details icon to go to the details page of the ticket.

  4. Click the "Linked Tickets" tab

    Go to the "Linked Tickets" tab.

  5. Click the "Unlink" button

    All tickets currently associated with the selected ticket are shown here. Click the "Unlink" button of the ticket you want to unlink.

  6. "Ticket unlinked" message is shown once the ticket has been unlinked

    "Ticket unlinked" message will appear once the ticket has been unlinked.

  7. The linked ticket will no longer appear as a linked ticket

    The linked ticket will no longer appear as a linked ticket.
