To update the Supplier Code and Supplier Part Number on multiple products, navigate to "PIM" in the operations portal. You can also update this information on the product details page or mass update products by importing. This documentation will show how to update products by using the data grid, which acts like an embedded spreadsheet.
Click "Products". In order to access and edit products, you will need to be assigned the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of: "productView" and "productEdit".
Select the "Data" tab.
To add any needed columns to your grid, click the "Show/Hide Columns" icon.
In order to update the Supplier Code, select "Manufacturer Code". To update the Supplier Product Code, select "Manufacturer Product Code". You can also add any other needed columns to your screen.
Use the "Search" field to find the products that you would like to update. You can also use filters, or the PIM Workflow to find products that need to be updated. In this case, we used a manufacturer name to pull the products that we wanted to update.
Enter the data you would like to use for the Manufacturer Code information. This data will be visible to customers on your website.

To view the updates, click a "Preview on Website" icon.
You can now see that both the "Supplier" and "Supplier Part Number" have been updated on the product page.
