Files can be added to a quote for internal use or for customers to view. To start, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

You can enter the quote number in the "Search..." field to locate the specific quote.

Click on the more details icon to view quote details screen.

Click the "Attach File" icon.

Choose the type of file you would like to add to the quote. "Customer file" will be visible to internal users and the customer. "Internal file" and "Internal manufacturer quote" are files that will only be visible to internal users.

The files that are uploaded using the Customer file option will appear under the "Customer Files" tab.

The files that are uploaded using the Internal and Manufacturer options will appear under the "Internal Files" tab.
