Price group options are configured through system settings and control which pricing matrix can be applied to quote items. To assign a "Price Group" to the items in a quote, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

Then, click "Quotes". In order to access Quotes, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

Next, locate the quote you wish to add the price group to and click the more details icon to view the quote details.

Then, click the "Items" tab.

Click the "Price Group" dropdown to display the different price level options available. You can contact your administrator if you need additional price groups added to the dropdown options.

Select the appropriate price group for this quote.

The selected price group will automatically apply the corresponding pricing matrix to all items on the quote.
