Operations Services - Create a JIRA Ticket From a Kodaris Ticket

  1. Navigate to the "Services" section

    If you use Jira by Atlassian, have an integration with Kodaris and would like to create a Jira ticket from an existing Kodaris ticket, first navigate to the "Services" section in the operations portal.

  2. Click "Tickets"

    Click "Tickets". In order to access and update "Tickets" you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the roles of: "ticketView" and "ticketEdit".

  3. Search for the ticket in the "Search..." field

    Search for a ticket in the search bar

  4. Click the more details icon

    Click the more details icon.

  5. Click the "Actions" button

    Click the "Actions" button.

  6. Click "Create JIRA Ticket"

    Select the "Create JIRA Ticket" option.

  7. Success message with Jira ticket number and hyperlink to ticket

    You will get a success message with the Jira number and a hyperlink to view the ticket in Jira.

  8. Click "View" to view the ticket in Jira

    Click "View" to view the ticket in Jira.

  9. Jira ticket number in Internal Comments

    The Jira ticket number will also be automatically added to the internal comments.
