Customer Payments - Add, Edit, or Delete a Payment Method

  1. Navigate to "Payment Methods"

    Adding, editing, and deleting a payment method can be done by navigating to "Payment Methods" in the left menu.

  2. Click "Add Payment Method"

    Let's add a payment method first. Click the "Add Payment Method" button.

  3. Fill in all the required fields

    "Add a Payment Method" dialog box should appear. Select either "Credit Card" or "ACH Account". Then fill in all the required fields.

  4. Click "Add"

    Click the "Add" button to add the payment method to the account.

  5. Click "Edit"

    Next, we will edit the payment method by clicking on the "Edit" button.

  6. Edit any of the fields

    "Edit Payment Method" dialog box should appear. Make the necessary changes by editing any of the fields to update the information of the payment method

  7. Click "Save"

    Click the "Save" button to save the changes that were made.

  8. The payment method has been updated

    The payment method has been updated.

  9. Click "Delete"

    To remove a saved payment method, click the "Delete" button.

  10. The payment method has been removed

    The payment method has been removed from the Company Payment Methods screen.
