To enable customers to accept pending cash quotes, a setting needs to be updated in the Operations Portal. To do this, navigate to the "System" section.

Then, click "Settings". In order to access and edit settings, you will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the following role: "settingEdit".

Enter "enableCustomerToAcceptCashQuote" in the Search field.

Then, click on the more details icon to view the setting details.

Next, enter "1" in the "Value" field to turn the setting on.

Click the "Save" button to save the updates. Customers will now be able to accept pending cash quotes.
