When a credit status of a company is updated in your ERP, it will trigger an email notification to those who are subscribed. To set up this notification or alert at the company level, navigate to "Account" in the Operations Portal.
Then, click "Notifications".
Enable the alert by checking the box on the "Credit Status Change Notifications". Once enabled, you will receive an email notification if the credit status changes for any company that is assigned to you.
If you want to unsubscribe from this notification, simply uncheck the box.
