Set Up Surcharge Convenience Fees - Enabling Dollar or Percentage Amount (Global)

1. Click "System"

   Navigate to "System" in the Operations Portal.

   

2. Go to "Settings"

   Then, go to "Settings".

   

3. Search for the "dollarcreditcardfee" or "percentagecreditcardfee"

   Search for the "dollarcreditcardfee" or "percentagecreditcardfee".

   

4. Click the more details icon

   Click on the more details icon.

   

5. Enter the preferred convenience fee

   Enter the value of your preferred convenience fee.

   

6. Click "Save"

   Then, click "Save".

   

7. Convenience fee will be displayed

   Once configured, the dollar or the percentage amount will be displayed for the customer's card payment method. Any convenience fee enabled at the company level will override this global setting for that company.
