Your customers have the ability to securely view their monthly statements, along with other shared documents, within the Kodaris Customer Portal.
Statements will only appear if you’re using statements generated by Kodaris and that feature’s enabled to store them within the portal. You can also upload customer statements automatically from another system via the Kodaris Rest APIs, or Kodaris has integrations to other document systems such as Infor IDM.
It’s important to note that the Documents feature is not only used for statements. You can also use it to securely store and share all types of documents with your customers (i.e. tax files, articles of incorporation, credit documents, etc.)
This not only enables your customers to easily view, download, and manage their files but it also eliminates the need for another third-party file-sharing platform because they can share files directly and securely with you in their portal.
To view statements, your customers will navigate to the “Documents” tab from the home screen.
This is the screen where they can view statements from prior months, as well as other documents.
To view a document, click on the preview icon. To download a document, click on the download icon.
