Customer Tickets - View Comment Threads on a Ticket

  1. Navigate to "Tickets"

    To view comment threads on a ticket, navigate to "Tickets" in the Customer Portal.

  2. Search for the ticket in the "Search" field

    You can find your ticket by either scrolling through the list on the screen or by using the search bar.

  3. Or, search for the ticket through column filters

    You can also use the column filters to find tickets.

  4. Go the details page of the ticket

    Click the more details icon to see the ticket details.

  5. Scroll down to the "Comments" section

    Scroll down the screen to go to the "Comments" section.

  6. The comments thread can be viewed here

    If there are comments, the thread can be viewed below the comment field. The most recent comment will be at the top.
