Customer Multilingual - Setting Language & Enabling Translation Mode in Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to "Profile"

    In this help page, we will show you how to enable and use translation mode once the required permissions have been enabled. Navigate to "Profile" in the Customer Portal.

  2. Click the "Translation Mode" dropdown

    Click the "Translation Mode" dropdown.

  3. Select "Enable"

    Select "Enable" to turn on the translation mode.

  4. Click the "Language" dropdown

    Click the "Language" dropdown.

  5. Select the language from the options

    All available languages will be listed in the dropdown. Select the language you are translating the customer portal to.

  6. Only words with red underline can be translated

    You can now start translating the customer portal. Remember, only words with red underline can be translated using the translation mode.
