To customize the FAQs section on the checkout page on your commerce site, navigate to the site and click the "Tools" icon to edit the FAQs section. You must be logged in to your operations portal to use the "Tools" icon on your customer site, and also have the needed permission of "administrator".

Scroll down to the "FAQs" section to make the needed changes.

Add or update the questions and answers for your checkout page.

Click out of the frame to save your changes.

To verify your updates, log in to your customer site with a customer account and add items to your cart.

Click on "My Cart" icon to go to your cart.

Click on the "Delivery & Payment" button.

Scroll down to view your updated "FAQs" section.
