Address catalogs are now available on the commerce site, giving users an additional way to organize products alongside existing company and customer catalogs.
Address catalogs are product lists tied to a specific delivery address. To access them, users can navigate to the Catalogs screen, where the address catalogs section appears below the company catalogs section. A delivery address must be selected first, using the address selector at the top of the page, before catalogs for that address can be viewed or created. Once an address is selected, the page confirms which address is currently active, and users can switch addresses at any time using the same selector.
Creating a new catalog is straightforward: click "Add Catalog," provide a name and an optional description, then confirm. From there, products can be added directly from any category or search result using the "Add to Catalog" option, with a confirmation message displayed each time an item is added. Address catalogs support the same management features as other catalog types, including editing details, adding all items to cart, and removing individual products. Catalogs can also be deleted when no longer needed, with a warning shown since deletion removes any nested catalogs and items as well.
Because each address catalog is linked to a specific delivery address, it will only appear when that address is selected, keeping product lists organized and relevant to where orders are actually being delivered. This is useful for teams managing multiple delivery locations that each require different sets of frequently ordered products.
This feature is available now on the commerce site. For a full walkthrough, refer to the accompanying video demonstration.

Operations Portal
Configurable Custom Fields on Activity Records
Users can now create custom fields for Activities directly within the Operations Portal. Configuration is managed from the CRM Configuration screen, under the Activity Custom Fields section, where fields can be defined with a unique code, a display name, and a value type of either Text or Dropdown. For dropdown fields, teams can specify a list of selectable options and choose whether users are allowed to select multiple values. Each field can also be marked as indexed, enabling it to be searched and filtered throughout the portal.
Once configured and saved, these fields appear automatically under a dedicated Custom Fields tab on the Activity Details page, keeping additional data organized and separate from standard fields. Fields can be edited at any time, updating the name, adjusting dropdown settings, or changing other properties, with changes reflected across the portal after a refresh. This gives teams the flexibility to adapt activity tracking to fit specific business needs, such as capturing a sales rep name or setting a priority level, without requiring custom development.
Beyond the Activity Details page, these custom fields are also accessible from the Global Activities screen, where they can be added as columns or edited directly from the grid, as well as from the Home screen's Activities tab. This consistency means that once a custom field is created, it is available and usable anywhere activities are viewed within the portal.
This feature is available now in the Operations Portal. For a full walkthrough of the setup process, refer to the accompanying video demonstration.
