Favorites for Quick Access in the Customer Portal and Commerce Site
Users can now save pages and specific items as favorites for faster access, available in both the Customer Portal and the Commerce Site.
In the Customer Portal, a new "My Favorites" option appears in the left-hand menu below Profile. Any page, such as Tickets, Orders, Returns, or Locations, can be saved by clicking the star icon in the top-right corner. Specific items, like an individual ticket or order, can be saved the same way. Saved pages and items appear in alphabetical order under My Favorites and are also accessible from a dedicated Favorites section on the Home page. For items used often, users can pin them to the navigation menu, where they stay listed under a Pinned Favorites section for even quicker access. Items can be unpinned or removed entirely at any time.
The Commerce Site offers similar functionality through a Favorites dropdown at the top of the page. Categories, products, and catalogs can be saved by clicking the star icon on their respective pages. Saved items appear in the Favorites dropdown, where users can open them directly, remove them, or pin them to the top of the list for easy retrieval.
This feature is available now in both the Customer Portal and Commerce Site. For a full walkthrough, refer to the accompanying video demonstration.

Operations Portal
Copy Payments When Copying Orders
The Operations Portal now includes a "Copy Payments" option when using the Copy Order feature, giving users more control over how order data is duplicated.
Previously, copying an order would carry over items and pricing details, but payment information had to be added separately to the new order. With this update, users can now choose to include payment data directly as part of the copy process. To use it, open the order details page, click "Copy Order" in the top right corner, and in the popup window select a company and location as usual. Below the existing "Copy Pricing" checkbox, a new "Copy Payments" checkbox is now available.
By default, this checkbox is unchecked, so existing workflows remain unaffected. When checked, the payments from the original order are copied along with the order itself. Once the copy is created, users can confirm this by opening the "Payments" tab on the new order, where the copied payment information will appear.
This feature is available now in the Operations Portal. For a step-by-step walkthrough, refer to the accompanying video demonstration.

Operations Portal Banner
A new banner option is now available for the Operations Portal, allowing teams to display a persistent message across the entire portal.
The banner can be configured from the "System Configuration" app, under the "Operations Portal" screen. Users enter their desired text into a text area, with support for basic formatting such as bold, underline, and italic, as well as the option to include a clickable link. Since the banner area only accommodates a single line of content, messages should be kept short and to the point.
Once saved, the banner appears at the top of the Operations Portal and remains visible across every screen within the portal, making it a reliable way to share ongoing announcements, reminders, or links with users regardless of where they navigate. Removing the banner is just as simple: clearing the text and saving will make it disappear.
This feature is available now in the Operations Portal. For a full walkthrough, refer to the accompanying video demonstration.
