Operations Portal

Activities Tab Added to Opportunities Screen

The Operations Portal now enables users to view and manage activities directly from opportunity detail pages. This integration eliminates the need to navigate between different sections of the portal when working with opportunity-related activities, streamlining workflow and reducing context switching.

Users can access this feature through the new Activities tab on any opportunity details page, located next to the existing Quotes Data tab. The tab displays all activities associated with the selected opportunity in an organized grid view. Creating new activities is straightforward—click the plus (+) icon in the upper right corner, enter a title, optionally select a template, and click Start. The activity creation process includes full functionality for adding descriptions, assignees, comments, and file uploads.

The feature maintains all familiar Operations Portal capabilities, including filtering, sorting, and deletion options. Activities created from the opportunity page display clear breadcrumb navigation showing their relationship to the parent opportunity, ensuring users always maintain context while working across different sections.
