Draft Comments and File Attachments in the Operations Portal
The Operations Portal now saves comment drafts automatically and allows files and images to be attached directly to ticket comments, reducing the risk of losing work and making comments more informative.
Previously, an in-progress comment could be lost if a ticket was closed or the page was refreshed. Now, when a comment is left unsaved, a "You have an unsaved comment" message appears, allowing users to click it and pick up right where they left off — including any attached files. This draft behavior is consistent across the Customer Comments section and the Customer Comments tab.
Comments can also include file attachments, added by clicking the paperclip icon to select one or more files, or by pasting a copied image directly into the comment field with Ctrl+V. Attached files appear below the comment, can be viewed by clicking on them, and can be removed individually before saving. Once a comment is saved, files remain attached and can be viewed or downloaded at any time.
Draft comment saving and file attachments are now available in the Operations Portal. See the accompanying demo video for a full walkthrough of adding comments, attaching files, and recovering unsaved drafts.

Edit and Delete Comments on Tickets in the Operations Portal
The Operations Portal now supports editing and deleting comments directly on tickets, giving teams more control over the accuracy and clarity of ticket communication.
Previously, once a comment was added to a ticket, it remained fixed. Now, users can hover over any comment in the Customer Comments section to reveal two icons: a pencil for editing and a trash icon for deleting. Clicking the pencil makes the comment editable using the same formatting options available when the comment was originally created, with the option to save changes or cancel without altering the text. This makes it easy to correct typos, update outdated information, or refine wording after the fact.
Deleting a comment follows a similar hover-based interaction, paired with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental removal. This same edit-and-delete functionality is available consistently across both the Customer Comments and Internal Comments tabs, so users have a uniform experience regardless of which comment type they're working with.
This feature is now live in the Operations Portal. For a full walkthrough, refer to the accompanying demo video showing the edit and delete workflow on the Tickets screen.
