Custom Column Labels Now Available on Search Tab Screens
Users can now edit and customize column labels on any screen that includes a Search tab, making data grids more intuitive and personalized for different workflows.
The feature introduces a simple editing interface accessible through a new icon that appears when hovering over column headers. Users can click this icon and select "Edit" to open a dialog window where they can update the column label to better reflect their specific needs or terminology. The process is straightforward - enter the desired label name and save the changes to see the updated column header immediately in the grid.
Beyond just changing the display name, the updated labels are also reflected in the column visibility controls, providing consistency across all grid management functions. This enhancement allows teams to adapt their workspace terminology and create more user-friendly column names that align with their specific processes and workflows.
This feature is now available across all screens with Search tab functionality. For a complete walkthrough of the editing process, watch the demonstration video on our YouTube channel.

Lead Linking Capabilities in Quote Management
The Operations Portal now offers streamlined functionality for linking existing leads to quotes and managing these connections efficiently.
Users can now easily connect quotes to existing leads directly from the Opportunities screen. The feature provides two options in the Quote Details section: creating new leads or linking to existing ones. When linking existing leads, users can search for specific leads or select from a suggested list, with the Parent # column automatically updating to reflect the connection.
The system also supports flexible lead management by allowing users to change linked leads when business requirements evolve. A simple "Change" option next to the current Lead # opens the selection dialog, enabling quick reassignment to different leads. This functionality helps maintain accurate relationship tracking between leads and quotes throughout the sales process.
This feature is currently available in the Operations Portal. For a complete walkthrough of the linking process, reference the instructional video demonstrating both initial lead linking and lead reassignment workflows.
