  - Ensure that when creating a ticket without a Company Code and without a Template, the ticket is created successfully with a Title.
  - Ensure that when creating a ticket without a Company Code but with a Template, the fields from the template are copied to the new ticket.
  - Ensure that when creating a ticket with a Company Code but without a Template, the ticket is created with a Title and linked to the company.
  - Check the same when creating a child ticket. (parentID must be preserved).
