  - Make sure the accounts receivable/ details page still loads properly.

  - If a payment is voidable, you should see the void payment button up top on the screen → click it and you will get a snacker saying whether it was successful or if there was an error.
- Case 2
  - If a payment is refundable, you should see the refund button up top on the screen → click it and you will get a snacker saying whether it was successful or if there was an error.
- Case 3
  - If a payment is not voidable, you will not see the button.
  - If a payment is not refundable, you will not see the button.

  - The Secondary Phone # input in the business details section should no longer be required on both types of applications.
- Case 2
  - Check that the Credit References section is no longer required on either application type and that you can add, remove and update suppliers without issues.
  - Also check that if you only partially fill out a supplier, you are prompted to finish before submitting.
- Case 3
  - Check that on the COD version of the application, there is a Drivers License file input beneath the EPA Certificate input.
  - It should be required before submitting the application.
  - It should only display on the COD application and you should be able to still submit the Credit application.
- Case 4
  - After submitting the COD version of the form, on the PDF in the operations portal, the terms that the user agreed to when filling out the form should exist on that PDF.
- Case 5
  - Same as Case 4, after submitting the Credit version, the Agreement and Signatures terms should show on that version of the PDF as well.
