The Customer Portal now displays a running total as invoices are selected for payment, making it easier to review amounts before completing a transaction.
On the "Open Invoices" screen, users can still view the total balance along with Period 1, Period 2, and other period details, as well as the list of open invoices. Now, as invoices are selected, a yellow bar appears below the total balance section, showing "Payment Amount" followed by the corresponding value. This amount updates automatically in real time, increasing or decreasing as invoices are selected or deselected.
This gives users a clear view of the payment total before taking action. Clicking "Actions" and then "Pay Selected Invoices" will show the same amount reflected in the "Payment Amount" bar, whether a few invoices are selected or all open invoices at once. From there, users can confirm the amount and proceed by clicking "Make Payment."

Customers can now select specific items from an order in their order history and add only those items to the cart, instead of reordering the entire order.
To use this feature, users go to the "Orders" screen, open the details page of a past order, and click the "Items" tab. As before, clicking "Reorder" adds all products from the order to the shopping cart. Now, users can also select individual products using the checkbox next to each item. Once at least one item is selected, the "Add to Cart" button becomes enabled.
Clicking "Add to Cart" redirects the user to the shopping cart, where only the selected items appear, rather than the full contents of the original order. From there, users can continue shopping on the Commerce Site or proceed directly to checkout.

Users can now clone a ticket directly as a child ticket in the Operations Portal, simplifying the process of creating related tickets.
To use this feature, open the details screen of the ticket to be cloned, click "Actions," and select "Clone Ticket." A window opens where the title can be edited if needed, showing the original ticket's title by default. A new checkbox, "Clone as Child," now appears in this window. Left unchecked, cloning works as before with no change to existing behavior.
When checked, clicking "Clone" creates a new ticket with the same information as the original, which can still be edited as needed. The new ticket's "Parent ID" field automatically displays the original ticket's ID, with a link to navigate directly to it. The original ticket's "Child Tickets" tab will also list the newly cloned ticket, making the relationship easy to track from either side.

Users can now share catalogs directly from the Operations Portal by sending a copy via email to any recipient.
To use this feature, navigate to a company's details page, select the "Catalogs" tab, and choose the catalog to share. From the "Actions" dropdown, selecting "Share Catalog" opens a window where users can send the catalog by email. The sender enters their name and the recipient's email address, both required fields, along with an optional custom message of up to 256 characters. A default message is provided but can be edited as needed.
Once submitted, a confirmation message, "Catalog shared successfully," is displayed. The recipient then receives an email showing who shared the catalog, the catalog name, the number of products it contains, and any message included by the sender. From the email, the recipient can click "View Catalog" to access it directly.
