User 1-10 fields on line items have been added to both quotes and orders. This allows for flexibility in displaying additional item data. User fields can be added to the view on the Items screen tab.
Auto Reprice Quotes
To help ensure accurate pricing when sending quotes to customers, an option to auto-reprice quotes when sending an email or generating a PDF is now out. This will pull the latest price records on the quote.
Reprice only Select Items
An update to the Reprice button allows users to reprice specific line items on a quote instead of repricing the entire quote. Product groups can also be repriced by filtering on a product group and repricing those items.
Add Notes Feature to Quotes & Cash Quotes
The notes feature has been added to quotes & cash quotes. This feature cuts down on time spent typing customer notes and instead allows users to configure notes and select them to add to quotes.
Companies Comment Updates - The toggle comments have been updated on the Companies screen with the field to leave additional comments at the top, followed by the most recent comment listed first. This helps reduce scrolling through comments for the latest one.
Company Search Fix - Update to return results when filtering on a combination of keyword and integer. Previously, this combination wouldn’t return results.
Address Validation - Validation on Delivery Addresses is available so correct address data is used. This will help ensure the correct tax jurisdictions are used when calculating taxes so no taxes are missed. If the Delivery Address isn’t valid when setting up a shipto or pushing an order, an error message will be displayed and the action won’t be completed until the address is fixed. An update to adjust the error message is in progress to provide a clearer message.
Calculate Shipped From B.O on Invoices - Updates to include the calculation for Shipped items using the logic of Quantity - Quantity Shipped. An additional update to remove the trailing zeros is in progress.
Delete Customer Files on Orders - Users can highlight Customer or Internal files attached to Orders and delete them.
Remove File Badges - Badge counters for files have been removed. File counts can still be viewed using the Customer & Internal Files columns.
Update Customer Product List Export - The Customer Product list export has been updated to be server side. This allows for easy exporting and importing to update.
Customer Roles Active Column - An Active column has been added to Customer Roles for easier role management. Clicking into a cell in the column will allow you to set a role as Yes or No for active. Any roles inactivated will not be displayed as an option for customers to select when managing employees in the Customer Portal.
Company Group Catalog - A Catalog tab is now available on Company Groups. This allows users to create and manage a catalog of products specific to a company group to help further customize what is displayed on the commerce website.
Host Code on Companies - A Host Code column has been added to both the Search and Data tabs on Companies. For multi-host sites, companies can be tagged with the host they belong to for easier data management. The host can be updated on the Data tab by clicking into the field and selecting a host from the dropdown.
Pricing & Discounting
Add Price Records - A row has been added to the Data tab on Pricing so new records can be added directly on the screen.
Price Type Setting Display - A column is now available to display Price Type on both the Search & Data screens for Pricing to help more easily identify the price type setting. This has been added so the value can be copied and pasted on the Data grid to easily make updates.
Price Check Update - Added option to type in a product code and hit enter to pull up the price data rather than selecting a code from the displayed dropdown. This allows pulling pricing info on products marked as DND.
Pricing Grid Text Updates - Format examples or data samples have been added to the “Add a Row” section of the Pricing Grid to help guide users in entering correct data when creating new price records.
Vendor Invoice Copy - A copy function has been added to Vendor Invoices to easily duplicate invoices.
Issue Inserting Rows on Vendor Invoices - Fix to support copying and inserting rows when using a Windows computer.
Cross Reference Grid - A grid has been added for Product Cross References so codes can easily be updated to retrain codes, or even be deleted to remove a cross reference. Clicking the arrow on a record will display a full details screen of the cross reference.
Primary Category Assignment Delete - When importing products on the Category Assignment grid, and selecting to Delete Mapping, the Primary Category assignment is now included in this import to remove the Primary Category from a product. This is utilized by the PIM team in mass updating products.
Remove HTML from Description - Update to remove HTML formatting from the Description field on Products.
Host Code on CMS Pages - A Host Code column is available for CMS Pages on both the Search and Data tabs. This has been added to help more easily spot pages that are tied to a specific host.
Host Autocomplete on CMS Pages - Autocomplete has been added to the Host field on CMS pages so you can select an existing host from the dropdown. This is to set a page for a specific site on multisite setups.
Subscription Lists Details Page - A details page has been added for Subscription Lists so users can view and edit full details.
Subscription Lists New Fields - Additional fields have been added to the Subscription Lists screen. These include Allowed Template Codes, Subject Override, Prepended Message HTML and Prepended Message Text to allow for additional customization in messaging and subject.
Location Settings - A Custom Fields tab has been added for Locations so additional settings can be added to locations.
Tax Rate Import - The import has been enabled for Basic Tax Rates. Users can use this importer to create new or update existing tax records for easier mass management.
Expanded Settings Screen - Settings have been updated to a full screen view instead of the previous pop up window. This makes it easier to view settings when adding info or making updates.
Tickets tab for Jobs, Orders, Quotes and Companies - A Tickets tab has been added throughout the portal so users can easily create a ticket tied to a Job, Order, Quote or Company. When navigating to the Tickets tab, users can use the add fields on the screen to add new tickets. They can also view any existing attached tickets and make updates to existing tickets using the grid.
Google Project - As part of a Google integration project, a Sign in with Google button has been added to the login screen of the Employee Portal. This button will prompt users to contact support for assistance in configuration if not set up.
Media Files Quick Search
A new feature in commerce is available where a page can be created for customers with access to all available media files on the site. The page lists part numbers with links to related documents and supports multiple file types. The search field allows them to search by part number to quickly and easily find the information they’re looking for.
Recently Viewed Products
A new feature available on V2, where recently viewed products are displayed to customers. This is available on both the homepage and product details pages. Products are displayed in a carousel, populated with the last 10 products viewed by the customer. This is displayed to both public and logged in customers.
Inventory on Product Category & Search Pages
To help customers be able to easily check product inventory without clicking into product details, an option to display inventory on both Product Category & Search pages is now available.
Populate Address Name
If there’s a First and/or Last Name saved on the company address, that existing data will auto-populate to those fields in the Shipping Address at checkout.

Location Name & Address

Keep Selection when Navigating Across Pages
Update so that invoices selected on a current page remain selected when navigating to a new page on Open Invoices.

Open Invoices Select All
A Select All feature has been added to the Open Invoices screen. This allows customers to select all available open invoices, across multiple pages, in just a couple of clicks to streamline the payment process. When clicking the Select All box at the top of the page, a message will display letting the customer know all invoices on the current page have been selected, along with a tally of all invoices and the option to select all of them. This feature enables mass selection of invoices across multiple pages for payment or report exporting.

Tweaks to the csv export on Orders so dates are local time instead of UTC and all orders on the screen are included in the export.

Automatically Assign User when Sending COD Link
As part of enhanced notifications for COD payments, the user who sends a payment request link will automatically be assigned to a cash quote or order. This will help ensure they receive a payment made notification when the customer pays through the COD link.
COD Payment Notification Additional Details
Bill To information has been added to the employee payment made notification sent when a customer makes a COD payment. This captures the customer name, mailing address, city and zip code entered by the customer. This additional information can be used to help catch potentially fraudulent transactions, such as an out of state card being used for local materials pickup, that aren’t picked up by general fraud rules of matching the address or cvv code to a card. A tweak to remove the duplicate city info is in progress.
CSV Export Update
When downloading a CSV file using the Pull Payments from ERP feature, the file now also includes the Company Name and Payment Date. This additional info can be used to help further identify transactions.
Add Settings Endpoints for Order Delivery
Development to be able to view the delivery settings on orders in the Portal. This will contain information about the order delivery log showing buttons tapped in the DDA and the user.
Delete Subscriptions when Customer Is Deleted
