As part of enhanced notifications for job tracking, a notification is now available to send a follow-up on quotes that haven’t had a comment in a number of days. The system default is to send a notification if no comment or new comment has been added in 30 days on quotes that are being tracked and are either pending or in progress. This notification will be sent out to any assignees on the quote.
Access Importers with Basic Quoting Permissions - Users with basic quoting access can now view and use the importers.
Jobs Importer - A Data tab has been added to the Jobs section of the Employee Portal with an available import option. This ports over the existing import feature from the Web Dashboard to the Portal for Dodge and Construct Connect reports.
Company Cross References Grid - The Cross References under a company have been updated to grid format. This allows you to update existing cross-references and add additional info, such as Unit Standard, to pull product conversions on quote and order file imports.
Real-time File Counts on Tickets - As a customer and/or internal files are attached to Tickets, the badge counters will instantly update to reflect the number of files attached.
Team & Filtering on Tickets - A Team column has been added to the Search and Data views for tickets. In addition, filtering and sorting are now also available in the Code and Team columns. These additions can be used to help further extract data when managing tickets.
Upload Vendor SO’s on Orders - An update to the Vendor Upload feature to be able to import on orders in the Portal. These can be configured by site. An additional tweak will be going out to rename this section on orders “Vendor Order.”
Vendor Cost Column - UX for a Vendor Cost column has been added for quotes and orders. This column is restricted by permission. The next step will be to pull the data from the vendor files when uploading.
Customer & Employee Status Fields - Customer and Employee Status fields have been added to the Orders Search & Data screens for further order tracking. These are sortable and searchable on the Order Search screen, and statuses can be set on the Data screen. The dropdown values can be configured in Settings under Order Employee Status and Order Customer Status.
Edge Purchasing Report Parser - Based on multiple requests, a new file type parser for Edge is now available for Purchasing Reports.
Quotes on Orders Grid - Fix to remove quotes displayed on the Orders grid.
Company Product List Export - A server-side export for Company Product Lists is available for improved mass management of product lists. This updated export ensures product code is always included so you can easily export the list, make updates, and reimport.
Company Internal Files Folder - A Folder column on Companies has been added to the Internal Files tab. Files can be tagged and filtered and/or sorted using this column.
Pricing & Discounting
Price Details - Details on a price record can be viewed by clicking on the > icon next to the record from the overview screen. All corresponding fields are visible on the Details tab, and Comments can also be accessed from this screen.
Category Tree - A Category Tree can now be found in the PIM section. This tree shows the category structure and codes to help guide when assigning products to categories.
Add Master Code to Data Grid - A Master Code column is available to add to the Products>Data tab. This has been added as part of the Master Catalog Conversion feature and will allow for improved data management and reporting.
PIM Filters on Product Languages - The complete list of PIM filters has been added to the Product Languages screen to give you more options in filtering data.
PIM Status Setting - A setting has been added where you can update the value to customize your PIM statuses. Any values entered in this setting will be available in the PIM Status dropdown on products.
Indexing - A new Search Tools section has been added to the portal with an indexing option. On this screen, payments can be reindexed to rebuild the index, or the current status of payments can be viewed. This MVP is currently being tested and will include additional entities beyond Payments as the team builds it out.
Search Rules Table - A Search Rules table is available under Search Tools. This table allows for fine-tuning of product searches where existing rules can be edited and new ones added once this feature is turned on.
CMS Media Files - A Media section has been added under CMS where files, such as content page images, can be uploaded to the system. Files can be added, deleted, updated, and are sortable and filterable for easy management.
Media File Path - The full URL for media files is now available in the Path column.
CMS Page Drafts - When using the “Create Draft” option on an existing page, an exact copy of the current page will be available in the draft to make any needed edits. This enhances the original feature where a blank page was created.
CMS Menu Redirect - When clicking on the “x” icon from the CMS menus page, you’ll be redirected to the Employee Portal.
Content Page Delete Role - A specific permission to delete content pages has been added. This gives more flexibility in designating who can delete content pages as the action was previously restricted to superusers.
Employee Address - An address section has been added to Employee Details for further employee information management.
Report To Dropdown - The Report To field on an employee’s details is data-driven off of users in the system and now features a type as you search drop-down.
Employee & Internal File Counter - Counter badges for employees and internal files have been added to help track files attached to an employee.
Employee File Delete - Employee Files attached to an employee can be deleted. Simply highlight the row, use keyboard shortcuts, or select “Edit > Delete Selected Rows” from the menu to remove it.
Importers - Importer UX has been added throughout the Portal, including the following screens: Cash Quote Items, Category Languages, Categories, Companies, Order Items, Orders, Customers, Employees, ERP Settings, Facet Categories, Facet Groups, and Prices.
Sync Errors Screen - Update the Sync Errors screen, so it doesn’t timeout when loading.
Inserting Price Records Fix - Update to fix the “Invalid Date Time” message displayed under the Last Synced to ERP column when copying and inserting price records on the Pricing tab of quotes with the job set up.
Digital Credit Application
UX updates to the credit app, including signature validation, ensure the required signatures are captured.
