Instructions: Updating DejaVoo DejaVoo Terminals (DVPay Aura app)

Prior to doing any file or terminal adjustments, it is strongly suggested you settle any open batches.

Completing a file download on a DejaVoo terminal running Aura:

1. Select DVPay AURA button on the home screen.

   

2. In the DVPay App, tap the menu icon in the lower left of the screen.

   

3. Enter the manager password 1234 and press OK.

   

4. In the Core Menu screen, tap Utility

   

5. Enter the manager password 1234 and press OK.

   

6. In the Utility Menu, tap Software Download

   

7. In the Software Download Menu, tap Connect

   

8. In the Connect Menu, tap the method you are using to connect, most likely Network

   

9. In the Select Type Menu, tap Full

   

10. Enter the Terminal Profile Number (TPN) provided by support. If the number is already on the screen, press the green arrow in the bottom right corner.

    

11. The terminal will check the server to see if there are updates to download. If it finds updates, it will ask you to Apply Updates. Tap Yes to continue.

    

12. The device will now cycle through a reboot sequence and the terminal will be updated. A confirmation screen will appear for a few seconds and the terminal will return to normal.
